MARITECH's diving teams work under the recognized standards of the E.U., US Navy and under the standards of the Employment Ministry and the Institute of Marine Research and Technology concerning diving projects.

UNDERWATER CONSTRUCTION TEAM
The composition of our standard diving teams is the following:
  • Supervisor
  • Master Diver / Medic
  • Divers 2
  • Assistant Divers 2
    Cable and Pipeline Crossing Protection Operations
      The above personnel are periodically under medical check-ups to ensure the maximum physical capacity. Our divers are closely monitored and in cooperation with the Company’s Hyperbaric Doctor which keep medical / incident records.

      All divers are trained and qualified, with professional licenses and specialized certificates / degrees, such as: Deep Air Diver, Mix gas Diver, Search and Recovery Diver, Boat Handling, Rescue Diver, Medic First Aid, Diver Welding / Cutting Diver NDT / Survey, Decompression Chamber Handling.

      The above certificates have been issued by the British/American and other European Dive Institutes and Associations.

      Our teams are supported with all necessary vehicles, D.S.V., boats, communication devices, surveying and video units, R.O.Vs and supporting gear. They are always available to offer the maximum of their capabilities and co-operate with other involved groups.
